1. General-wellness only
Settle is a general-wellness product for tracking and understanding gut health. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns. Insights (including the Trigger-Finder) are informational patterns, not clinical conclusions.
2. Your account
You may use Settle without an account, or sign in with Apple or Google to enable cloud backup and sync. You’re responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure.
3. Subscriptions (Settle Plus)
- Settle Plus is offered as a monthly ($4.99) or yearly ($29.99) auto-renewing subscription, with a 7-day free trial.
- Billing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can cancel anytime in one tap via your App Store / Google Play account; we disclose renewal clearly and remind you before charges.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Your data
Your use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data anytime.
6. Disclaimers & liability
Settle is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on app insights. Settle does not replace professional medical care.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll post the new date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app.
